Your Life Matters

If you are feeling suicidal, thinking about hurting yourself, or are concerned that someone you know may be in danger of committing suicide, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, or text 741741. About this blog:

My husband and I have both been diagnosed with severe Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. His PTSD was caused by combat in Vietnam, mine stems from multiple traumas and abuses during my childhood and early adulthood. We’ve come a long way on our healing journey, although we still have a ways to go. **We put the FUN in dysfunction!**
