Adults often think kids have nothing to worry about. Even during my childhood days of the 1950s, when folks thought the world had far more innocense, kids suffered from stress. I’m posting this to my churches chronic illness support group Facebook page. I think it’s appropriate, especially since it has some good Biblical references.

I’m so glad you are doing that! Yes, I grew up during the same time frame, and I know exactly what you mean. A lot of my PTSD issues were caused by things that happened when I was a small child. It definitely wasn’t a carefree time for me.
