I still have flashbacks from when I was hit by an 18-wheeler truck. My daughter would sometimes wake me up because I am crying in my dreams. But I don’t know if it is related to PTSD.

Oh, how scary that must have been. Just driving on the highway near those big trucks makes me nervous.

Having flashbacks and nightmares after a traumatic event is one of the symptoms of PTSD. But I don’t know if that, alone, qualifies as PTSD. I will ask my daughter’s opinion, the next time we talk. She is a licensed therapist.
