Simone, the beautiful Wheelchair Teen, has written another very informative article:
Five tips on the correct way to serve disabled customers told through some negative experiences I’ve had with customer service and advice on what could’ve been done better.
How NOT to Serve Disabled Customers — The Wheelchair Teen
I’m glad that you found my post to be informative, it was tough writing it at times because I didn’t want to seem like I was merely complaining about the issues that occured. That’s why I turned it into an advice post – to put a positive spin on it by showing what could’ve been done better. By the way, I still blush everytime that you call me beautiful 😊 Thank you. I think that my self-confidence has risen ten-fold since I’ve met you 💕
